Where to buy rabbit in Sherbrooke and the Eastern Townships
Our products, close to home in the Eastern Townships
Our farm is in Weedon, in the heart of the Eastern Townships: this is where we handmake our rabbit meat, ready-to-eat dishes, rillettes, terrines and jellies.
In Sherbrooke, Magog and the villages of the Eastern Townships, about ten butchers, farms and fine food shops carry our products. You can also visit us directly at the farm.
In Sherbrooke and Magog
In Sherbrooke, find our products at Boucherie Clément Jacques (rue King Est and boulevard Jacques-Cartier Nord), at Boucherie du Terroir (12e Avenue Nord and place de la Gare) and at Boutique Gourmande on rue King Ouest. In Magog, Boucherie Clément Jacques also carries them, on rue Principale Ouest.
In the villages of the Eastern Townships
Near Compton and Coaticook, stop by Verger Le Gros Pierre, Fraîchement Locale or Miel Pure Délice. In Waterville, Ferme Beaulieu carries them, as do Boucherie M. Lamarche in Racine and Ferme Sucrée Clément in Saint-Georges-de-Windsor.
