Our half rabbit is cut into 3 pieces: one leg, a portion of saddle and a front leg (shoulder). It is ideal for a meal for two, without having to cook a whole rabbit.
Like the whole rabbit, it is especially good roasted or braised, with cooking times similar to chicken. Try it with mustard, with olives or in a stew. With an average weight of 975 g, it serves 2 to 3 people.
