Treat yourself to a divine culinary experience with our rabbit paupiette
The paupiette is made from a boned leg, the meatiest and leanest part of the animal, filled with ground pork fat, Dijon mustard and spices for a delicious flavour that lasts from the first bite to the last. It is also enhanced with hand-picked fir needles, gently dried and ground, for a unique touch. Ready to bake, pan-fry or grill.
