Bursts of flavour on a skewer!
Our rabbit skewers are already marinated and ready to cook on the barbecue, in a pan or in the oven. They need very little cooking time.
On the barbecue, preheat to medium (350 degrees). Cook the skewers for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
In a pan, heat over medium and cook the skewers covered for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
In the oven, wrap the skewers in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
